It’s a great choice if you are seeing something at the Moda Center and not necessarily worried about safety. There was a creepy camper van in the parking lot that had people going in and out of all night.

Good location, with much need TLC, Manager fixed light in bathroom, when reported on arrival. Clean and basic in a great location. Manger was helpful, and perhaps with intent of fixing needed repairs. Toilet ran continuously, reported on arrival, but not fixed, over next 3 days, so shut the door so that was ok. Good location, better when much needed maintenance is done.

The staff were so nice and accommodating!! The beds were very comfy, shower had the best shower head and the hot water was amazing. It was very close to a lot of places and the freeway. The most amazing part was you can watch the Rose parade from the balcony or even your room. We were three girls staying alone and they gave us the safest room without a window in the front (no one was creeping/breaking in). It is family owned and they were the nicest people!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!
